PHA maintains therapists that participate in the above insurance and reimbursement programs. Not all therapists participate in all programs. This list is subject to change. Please call us for further information.

Medical insurance for mental health and substance abuse services is often different than your general medical policy. Please be sure to be familiar with your policy's requirements, limitations, deductibles, and co-payments. Our staff can assist in verifying your coverage. HMO, PPO, EAP, and managed care plans often have specific guidelines that need to be followed; we will make every effort to cooperate and assist you with this. Please inform us of any such arrangements and provide your insurance card. Health insurance today is very complex and does require following clear policies and procedures. The more you know about your plan, the better we will be able to assist you. Information about your coverage is typically listed under the "mental health" section of your benefits guide. We are happy to assist you in filing your insurance forms with your primary insurer. We ask you provide any necessary information, claim forms, etc.
